Investor data room
Corporate structure, venture documentation, financial models and technical materials are hosted in a credentialed virtual data room. Access is granted per venture, under NDA.
- Request access by email, stating your institution and the venture of interest.
- Execute the non-disclosure agreement.
- Receive individual credentials for the data room.
Reporting
Investors receive venture-level reporting through the data room. Portfolio-level updates are circulated to holding shareholders directly.
